We should mostly concentrate on Recruiting and Roleplaying. People don't want to be in a dream where all there is is rules and dream development, with no action. It ruins the USAF experiance! Family Values are something else that we could possibly concentrate on more, too, I guess.

3) Recruiting -
We should try to think about recruiting at least a bit more members of the USAF, that way when we have enough, it'll solify our defenses. Even though we already have strong people as it is, but more people wouldnt hurt.
1) Roleplay -
That's one of the things we need as well. Roleplaying is lacking around the USAF, and it wouldnt hurt if there was more activity around the section. Then again, people shouldnt be forced on that kind of thing... >.>

WE NEED ORGANIZATION
That's really all I can think of.
Peace...
Or... War. >.> XD

[glow=blue,2,300]I for one believe that we should concentrate on both Role-playing and Dream development. Yet by going on small missions and such we give players who normally don't interact a chance to meet one another. And build our ability to work as a team at the same time. Though fights and such will come our way one question.....Do we have allies and if so should we not allow the crews to inter mix and train with one another so that they can learn to trust one another?[/glow]
[glow=red,2,300]OK I've opened my mouth enough for one post, thanks for reading - Zangetsu[/glow]

Role play-Further the experience of our younger or inexperienced players through missions etc. Though few in number I enjoyed myself exponentially while doing so. I have no doubt as someone said, that doing this would further the trust between troops. And as Ive heard said multiple times; "Trust is a must." Recruiting-These days Recruiting seems to be important, but with all of these people a problem keeps nagging at me. Are they in for the Rp and the USAF? Or....Something else? I mean, don't think me crazy or anything, but if you join an RP dream shouldn't you...I don't know...RP?! most say things such as. "Oh I don't feel like it, maybe next time." "Eh, gimme a second, I'm talking." I get it, furthering relationships with the crew is very important, but really? XD Family Values?-Well, I can't say much on this one, I don't exactly have much of this, but I can say in a strange sort of way, I've found family among the crew here. And that alone shows that we're doing well in that department. Other-An organization eh? I read that and it sounded very interesting. I had a crazy thought as I was reading it aswell. Perhaps you should get some of the more trusted officers etc. To create an alt, and make a seperate space shuttle, now I know I know, "Where the heck are you going with this Des?" Well, Perhaps we need some healthy competition, make an opposite organization for us to perhaps..I don't know, contest against. Maybe even fight once and a while. That would be interesting in my oppinion, have some controversy. With the minds on the USAF I'm sure it'd be an interesting [and comical] Experience for everyone. Without chaos nothing can evolve guys. Perhaps chaos is exactly what we need. HAHAHAH!! I'm done. ~Des Hiroshima.

My input on each of these subjects.
1) Roleplay - More activity means more people wanting to be involved.
2) Dream Development - streamline the patches together..Make it so that if you were on a real ship..you'd see stuff from a ship.
3) Recruiting - I have to applaud USAF on it's recruiting practices. You seem to be more selective of membership, compared to before I left USAF years? ago.
4) Family Values - Treat your soldiers as sons, and they will follow you anywhere. The family values could also be known as "espirit de corps".
5) Rules - Rules are made to be followed, but not so rigid it breaks the backs of the people underneath them. Hold your members to high standard, and expect success from them.

I'd like to concentrate on rolepley, recruiting and dream development. !. Roleplay gives players a chance to meet other players and interact with those characters. Nobody wants to be in a dream without an enriching character environment.
2. recruiting means more characters to enrich the environment with and many new friends to make as well. I hear you need members as is so I've been advertising to my friends who might be interested.
3. Dream development means working on patches and fixing anything broken which will give players a much more pleasing experience. There is a place in the port that looks like an exit and yet I get stuck in it. I'd like to see that fixed if it really is broken.
